Entry criteria

 

For a chance to become Australia's next Rising Soci@l Star, you must be: 

  • Based in Australia
  • An influencer in Fashion, Beauty, Hair, Wellbeing, Home, Food or Parenting
  • Active on your primary channel for a minimum of 12 months and a maximum of 36 months as at 24th February 2017
  • Open to all social platforms

Chantelle is the blogger behind Fat Mum Slim, where she’s shared her stories for almost 9 years. She lives in Northern New South Wales with her beautiful family, including two giggly girls. Chantelle loves cake, taking photos of pretty much everything, and going on new adventures.

Jen Bishop

Blogger, Interiors Addict 

Former journalist Jen founded the Interiors Addict blog as a hobby in 2011, and it has been her full-time business since going full-time three years ago. She has a highly engaged following on her blog and social media channels, especially Instagram, where she hosts the monthly popular photo challenge 7 Vignettes. Jen has no design qualifications but a healthy obsessions with all things interiors, which she shares with her readers. She has appeared on national TV and in all the major glossy magazines, and ghost written renowned interior designer Greg Natale’s book, The Tailored Interior.

Tim Duggan

Co-Founder of Junkee Media

Tim Duggan is the Publisher and Co-Founder of Junkee Media, one of Australia's most innovative new media companies, reaching over 1.5 million young and engaged Australians every month.

Drawing on her experience and expertise from working professionally, Nikkia’s channel is an online destination for insider techniques, tips and tricks to create professional quality makeup looks. Throughout her work Nikkia conveys the message that real women can feel confident and beautiful in their own skin, and delivers this message in a playful, friendly way in her online tutorials. Nikkia was also the beauty winner for Rising Social Star 2016 and has grown her channel by over 200% within that time.

Jo Rose leads Content Marketing for Woolworths, having held a number of marketing roles at Tesco in the UK for 7 years.At Woolworths she runs the team responsible for shaping and landing the content strategy across social media channels, Fresh Magazine, printed publications and digital & web content.
